Your Role and Responsibilities
Currently, we are looking for a Windows/SCCM Specialist.
In this role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for maintaining one of the largest IT infrastructures for global financial institutions. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, propose improvements, cooperate directly with the customer and have a direct impact on service quality and customer satisfaction. Your positive attitude and cooperation spirit will be deeply required in communication with multiple internal teams and external vendors and your learning skills are more than welcome to quickly understand customer specifics and his expectations.

Knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 architecture. OS configuration, maintaining, and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, PXE
System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) / Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) knowledge
Installation and configuration of SCCM role servers
Patching, upgrading of SCCM infrastructure
SCCM health monitoring and troubleshooting
Backup and recovery of the SCCM environment
Network configuration, boundaries
Configuration Manager Client - installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Patching Windows endpoints, automation, patch level tracking, reporting, SUP/WSUS/Client troubleshooting
Applications and packages roll up and deployment
OS imaging - updating Task Sequence and image
Distribution of content monitoring and troubleshooting
Deployment app/pkg/patch monitoring and troubleshooting
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
English language B1/B2
Powershell, SQL & IIS knowledge is a plus
