Required Technical and Professional Expertise
A minimum of 3 years work experience in similar roles (recruitment services management, People Management)
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience
Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking System, ideally Taleo
Experience with SLAs and KPIs monitoring and adherence
Experience with managing remote/on-site teams
Advanced English skills
Experience managing client escalations
Skills/Experience showcasing data to stakeholders
Strong data analysis skills
Proficient with Excel (Intermediate level)
Project Management skills are a plus
