Your Role and Responsibilities
Currently, we are looking for a Senior Network/VoIP Specialist.
As a Senior VoIP Network Specialist, the candidate will be focused on maintaining, managing, (re)configuring, (re)designing, upgrading, and monitoring VoIP Platforms, oversee the access points, IP telephony, PBX, and other hardware set-ups, and set up a secure network of voice system by launching and enforcing global access control policies. It is crucial in this position to react fast to network anomalies and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues across different technologies (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, etc.). It requires good knowledge and experience with different platforms (both hardware and software) and protocols, as well as the ability to troubleshoot communication in all layers of the OSI model. You will adapt customer requirements to the networking environment and also proactively address trouble spots, recommend configuration and design changes.
Main duties- depends on skills and experience level: managing network & VoIP infrastructure, troubleshooting and fault analysis, network diagnostics, providing technical expertise to internal/external parties and customers, designing infrastructure solutions, implementing changes on infrastructure, cooperating across teams and countries on projects, keeping the Infrastructure secure and up-to-date, monitoring services.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
UCaaS and CCaaS Cloud Platform solution.
VoIP telephony and PBX (Avaya, Innovaphone).
Call Center solutions and related components (Avaya, SAP CC).
Avaya Aura communications platform.
Ability to read and create technical drafts and documentation in the matter.
Very good understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack operations.
Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues

Experience with Avaya, VoIP, PBX, DECT, and phone network solutions.
At least on of certificate: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Voice, CCNP, CCIE, Avaya Certified Associate (ACA), Avaya Certified Expert (ACE), Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS), Avaya Certified Solutions Architect (ACSA), Avaya Certified Solutions Specialist (ACSS), Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS).
