IBM Senior Implementation Specialist - Resiliency Service in WROCLAW, Poland


System Administrators are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. Your Role and Responsibilities

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist. This speciality concentrates on the assessment and design of infrastructures using Disaster Recovery as a Service solution to support the applications, data, and business processes resiliency objectives. Included in the focus areas are the critical evaluation and selection of the software and hardware components of the infrastructure to meet client availability, recovery, continuity, and resilient business objectives. Best practices in this role use various techniques including architectural patterns, modelling, simulation, and testing to validate the designs and selected products.

  • Providing consultation and advice to teams allowing the successful selection among architectural options to best meet business needs

  • Cooperating with Development Team on building new offerings (assessments, verifying technical requirements, providing recommendations)

  • Coaching, mentoring, and educating for Level 2 Specialists

  • Identifying, designing, and testing automation solutions

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Technical experience and knowledge in at least one of the following areas :

  • Mid-Range/Server (Windows, Linux, Unix)

  • Storage

  • Network

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Specialist, hands-on practical knowledge

  • Pre-sales practitioner with proven background, working on medium, large, complex engagements

  • Any Certificates related to this position will be an advantage

  • Professional and Business English speaking and writing

  • Excellent time management, organization & communication skills

  • Leadership skills, proactive way of working and can-do approach

  • Attention to details & quality focus

  • Analyzing and problem-solving skills
