Currently we are looking for Risk and Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities on this position include:

  • Checking the status of server and application in AIS/SESDR

  • Checking the status of server and application for Healthchecks and User IDs in ECM

  • Tracking the status of the Issues and APARs and taking proper action to avoid OD

  • Tracking the status of SUID non-reconciliation analysis

  • Conducting the Gap analysis for server and sub-systems

  • Risk creation, renewal, closure handling.

  • Reporting Account Compliance status to DPEs (depends on the account)

  • Tracking the SCoAD unanswered questions for Issue Management

  • Checking the Account Rag Status in Cognos

  • Being in contestant contact with SSIDB and WEB GUI team to make sure proper data are in place

  • Tracking the error and checks in PHI 201 report

  • Preparing accounts for Audits that may arise and taking post audit actions

  • Creating and presetting reports for accounts and management

  • Proactive communication approach within the teams.

  • Provide Compliance education if needed.
