We are looking for an experienced consultant to join the Talent and Engagement practice to work on diverse assignments helping our clients at different maturity levels shape and accelerate their journeys towards digital re-invention. You may work with digital transformation projects of various scope and size from strategy to realization. As a Talent and Engagement practitioner, you will be collaborating with clients to build and enhance the organizational capabilities they need to succeed in the new reality. On client projects, you may take on the roles of Change Manager, Co-Creator, Change Designer, Organisational Designer, Employee Engagement, People Analyst or Project Manager.
You will also assist in the development of the Talent and Engagement practice by supporting with the building of the practice and pursuing of new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of working as a consultant and exceeding client expectations as well as demonstrating eminence in the area of technology and people change. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills including significant experience in building strong stakeholder relationships and a demonstrated track record of delivering business value and outcomes in consulting projects.

You are an experienced consultant with a strong track record in organizational change management in process and technology projects
You have a thorough understanding of the linkages between business, design and user adoption of technology
You have experience designing target operating models or implementing organsisational design
You are a natural facilitator and not afraid to face difficult situations or challenge the status quo
Key skills and requirements:
Organizational change management in IT projects
TOM and/or OD experience
Experience in delivering Agile change approaches
Fluent English. Based in the UK, but willing to work across Europe with some international travel as required for business needs.
