Your Role and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking to fill 6-month internship positions performing the role of Digital Pipeline Coordinators. As a Pipeline Coordinator you will work together with Recruiters and Selection Specialists to make sure we deliver an extraordinary candidate experience.Why you'll love your job:

  • Review and update application status for candidates that have applied to IBM based on resume match and assessment results.

  • Discover additional potential candidates in our system.

  • Open new requisitions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What you will bring to the team:

  • You are an active university student

  • Fluent in English & German

  • Available minimum 20 hours per week

  • You are confident in your communication and organizational skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with the following are bonus points, but not necessary, you can learn them at IBM:

  • Familiarity with the HR/recruitment area
