In this role in the Watson Health Cúram team, you will support clients implement the Cúram Social Management Platform (SPM). You will join a dynamic team that works with customers to meet their business objectives while embracing emerging technologies, new standards and solving complex problems.You will continue to develop expertise in the technical aspects of IBM Watson Health SPM solutions and work closely, at project sites, with clients, systems integration partners and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have software design, development and test automation experience using Java/J2EE, ReactJS, Selenium, TestCafe, UFT, etc along with demonstratable experience in COTS software planning and execution. Experience in Continuous Testing, Cloud Testing, Combinatorial Test Design, Agile, Load, and Mobile Testing. The benefits achieved through these services are significant, resulting in reduced effort, faster time to market, and improved quality. With IBM Continuous Testing, test organizations are able to transform by connecting automated and manual processes across the lifecycle, utilizing highly automated workflows and cloud infrastructure to support large-scale, “hands-free” enterprise testing. The candidate must be a quick learner to be able to develop solid hands on skills in IBM Cúram SPM design and development and build processes.
This role is open to be filled from Ottawa, Toronto, or Montreal
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information technology related fields
2 to 5 years of IT experience in Testing of various Web - based, Object Oriented, Client Server applications, React-native and ETL for data migration and reporting applications on Windows, Linux and Mobile platforms.
Defines testing data requirements and testing environment needs
Experience in White Box and Black Box Testing, which includes Functional, Regression, Integration, End to End, Load, System Testing, Performance testing
Experience in validating SOAP and REST based web services
Expertise in automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python and HP UFT
Experience in Data Driven and Keyword Driven framework to maintain test suite.
Expertise with SDLC life cycle (agile and waterfall) and associated IT processes - Scrum and/or Design Thinking certification is desirable
Deep understanding of batch programs, interfaces, workflows
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of IBM Cúram Social Program Management technical architecture build and deployment models on cloud is a plus.
Experience with the Eclipse Integrated Development Environment, or Eclipse based IDE products such as IBM RSA.
Knowledge of J2EE, Application servers such as Websphere or Weblogic.
Knowledge in UML
Knowledge of relational databases (DB2 or Oracle)
Experience in modern UI/UX design and user research practices, tools, languages
Experience with UML (Class, Sequence, Domain Model) and on various design patterns
Knowledgeable of DevOps and CI/CD automation tools such as Git, Github, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
Good interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual in English and French
