The Consulting HR Professional is responsible for multiple programs or departments which are engaged in providing innovative solutions. Works as a partner with executive management and provides leadership to other HR staff. Provides professional/strategic direction to department managed and/or is the technical expert for the design, development and implementation of HR programs and practices, including project plan delivery. Provides expert input to HR strategy and policy development globally. Establishes operational guidelines, systems and processes on a regional or global basis. Is considered the expert on one or more functional areas.

Leads multi-functional teams to develop and implement strategic HR programs. May manage other managers or senior professionals.
