Job Description:
Research and development of a navigation robot for the blind
Period： Negotiable within 2024
Time：9:00～17:36 (default)
Reduced working hours can be negotiated.
Place: IBM Hakozaki office and neighborhood Lab (Tokyo)
Salary(Daily):
「9,700 yen (for master's)」／「10,900 yen (for doctoral students)」(in case housing allowance is unnecessary)
「15,700 yen (for master's)」／「16,900 yen (for doctoral students)」(including housing allowance)
Commuting cost will be paid.

For foreign residents coming to Japan to participate in an internship, please apply at least 4 months prior to the desired start date in order to prepare for the VISA. In addition, the internship period must be at least 3 months. (This does not apply to foreign students living in Japan.)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
・Experienece of a robot development with ROS2 or dialogue system with LLM.
・Japanese or English
・Experiece in HCI research or interested in HCI research
