Your Role and Responsibilities
The Software Developer is responsible for implementing the architectural vision for the Web and AI application, following code standards and ensuring the quality and security of the application. - Designs, develops, tests and delivers offerings using leading edging/or proven technologies. - Works in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand requirements and objectives - Designs, codes, and tests innovative component-level solutions. - Ensures that the implemented solutions are unit tested and ready to be integrated into the 'product.' - Debugs reported problems: designs, develops and unit tests code fixes - Guide others in the application of technologies and IBM guidelines and standards. - Capacity to work independently and take ownership of projects. - Ability to present and compare different technical concepts and approaches in collaboration with other studio disciplines - Negotiates technical decisions with stakeholders and team members, keeping project goals and objectives in mind. - Independently generates innovative solutions, utilizing technical skills and knowledge of IBM guidelines and best practices. - Provides leadership by utilizing professional knowledge of technology and IBM guidelines - Advises other technologists and effectively utilizes group dynamics in team projects. - Negotiates technical approaches with creative team members and marketing colleagues. - Analyzes technical situations to identify and flag complex problems. - Envisioning and applying the use of new technologies

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Professional Expertise
Fluent English for speaking and writing. The professional will need to actively participate in meetings with teams from other countries, and will also need to read and write in English daily;
Be creative and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the work
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the studio and marketing to translate requirements into digital solutions
Be proficient in understanding of code versioning tools
Create multi-platform, responsive web pages.
Drive technology designs and effectively communicate those to members of the creative and marketing team
Apply various development methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, XP, Waterfall etc.
Understand and ensure that the team, the organization and internal or external partners knows the importance of following IBM design guidelines
Design, develop, test, and deliver offerings using leading-edge and/or proven technologies.
Be responsible for the deployment of release.
Span across projects to solve problems and find the best solutions possible
Contribute to standards and guidelines for other programmers in the organization.
Design, code, and test innovative component-level software solutions.
Review the architecture of the projects and guide the team with the architectural solutioning.
Mentor and assist in the technical development of new team members
