Your Role and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of web structure, operation, and usage;

• Knowledge in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager);

• Ensure that pages comply with IBM's standards and accessibility requirements;

• Identify issues and errors and ensure their resolution;

• Write comprehensive reports related to the issues found, adding screenshots, logs, examples, or references if necessary;

• Good communication with the team to explain issues and negotiating skills to ensure corrections;

• Provide feedback for feature improvements;

• Ability to review a web page and provide insights to improve the user interface and user experience;

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively assess issues and find solutions.
