IBM Geo Web Strategy Lead in São Paulo, Brazil

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Geo Web Strategy Lead for the Americas, within the IBM.com team, you will lead a team focused on delivering exceptional web experiences, curated to engage local audiences and accelerate growth across Latin America (primarily Brazil and Mexico) and Canada.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, within region and worldwide, with stakeholders to land, personalize and optimize integrated web strategies that engage local target audiences and ensure business objectives are strategically aligned. You will develop and execute tactics that optimise traffic, increase relevancy and empower faster time to value.

The ideal candidate will be a proven web strategist who is creative, collaborative, and has a passion for data-driven marketing.

  • Land, personalize and optimize web experiences to deliver outcomes against key business objectives.

  • Collaborate across Marketing and business stakeholders to define and drive the Geo/country web strategy (including SEO+SEM).

  • Take the initiative to relentlessly optimize local web experiences using data, research, and experimentation.

  • Set baseline performance metrics, track and report KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Be well-versed in a broad set of digital tools across web and analytics.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Hands on experience in Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics

  • Ability to lead and work in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Strong project management and communication skills

  • Technical knowledge is not required, but candidates must be proficient in translating and validating business-to-business (and often technical) language in Latin-American Spanish and/or Portuguese.

  • Fluent in English, LATAM Spanish and/or Portuguese

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Masters in marketing, advertising or design

  • Ideally a native LATAM Spanish speaker with strong proficiency in Portuguese
