IBM Brand and Content Strategist - Hybrid Cloud in São Paulo, Brazil

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Apply curiosity and understanding of the market, target audiences, and IBM's offerings to develop compelling messaging and content strategies that deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right audiences and drive the right outcomes.

  • Identify the intersections and relationships of key audience needs with industry priorities and strategic partner relationships to craft relevant and differentiated journeys for our clients and prospects.

  • Collaborate and communicate with critical stakeholders, inspiring confidence in the recommended course of action for our brand and our business.

  • Work across different marketing disciplines in IBM from Product Marketing and Communications to Client Stories, Field Marketing, Events, Social, Ecosystem and Industry to design and execute content plans

  • Advocate for bold, differentiated strategies that inspire audiences to take a new course of action.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Fluent level of english

  • Experience in a marketing, brand and/or content strategy role with progressive levels of leadership responsibility.

  • Understanding of optimal multi-channel approach along the entire customer journey, including but not limited to social, digital, media and content.

  • Deep knowledge of the IT landscape from infrastructure products, cloud providers and consulting capabilities, and an understanding of how they work together holistically.

  • Development of brand & content projects involving a variety of stakeholders and disciplines.

  • Experience building relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, both internally and externally (executives, clients, agencies, business partners).

  • Strategic planning and presentation; excellent written and verbal communications.

  • This is a Hybrid Role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week in So Paulo - SP

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Previous experience or knowledge of technology solutions with an IT company preferred

  • Analytical mindset to identify opportunities, test potential solutions and synthesize

insights into recommendations for messaging, brand and content strategy.

  • Experience working in a global team, ideally with visibility across multiple geographies.

  • Growth mindset with an appetite to experiment and fail fast in the spirit of ongoing learning and improvement.

  • Open-minded and constant learner: consistently expanding knowledge to gain new skills, apply new methodologies and develop expertise.

  • Active listener, able to effectively absorb and apply professional knowledge to tasks quickly.

  • Responsible team player demonstrating ownership and accountability.
