We are currently recruiting ECM Application Developer for an 18 months fixed term contract, based in Sydney.

The Application Development team is responsible for supporting the full life cycle of enhancements. As an Application Developer your responsibilities include –

  • Design Enterprise content management (ECM) architecture runway. Design taxonomy for Content engine. Design java interface specs for enterprise applications. Design IBM case manager solutions.

  • Developed FileNet application components along with BPM artefacts. Develop java server-side components and interfaces. Develop java transaction APIs.

  • Design and develop the Capture solutions. Integration Capture solution with different repositories.

  • Troubleshooting & application support for enterprise content management (ECM) and java enterprise applications.

  • Involved in System testing (ST), system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for IBM ECM and java enterprise solutions.

  • Involved in automating DevOps process for IBM ECM and java enterprise solutions.

  • Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success

  • Assist in creating solutions for client and/or internal review

  • Participate in daily code reviews to offer insight and ask questions

  • Abide by team coding standards, development processes and best practices

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –

  • Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in developing Enterprise Components using IBM FileNet suite of products, Java / J2EE specifications and deploying them on industry accepted Application Servers WebLogic, WebSphere and JBoss.

  • Experience on working with different technologies Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, JavaBeans, JDBC,

  • Extensive experience in developing solutions in Content and Workflow Management using IBM FileNet products such as Business Process Manager, Content Manager, IBM Content Navigator and IBM Case Manager v5.3.

  • Understanding of design patterns

  • Experience with relational databases LIKE Oracle, DB2, MS SQL and MySql.

  • Solid skills in CSS, HTML, jQuery, DHTML, JavaScript and XML.

  • Expertise in understanding Business Requirements, analyzing the customer needs and identifying the best possible solution.

  • Certified SAFe Agilist/Practitioner as per Client’s request.

Compensation package from $74 970 (full-time equivalent) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience.
