Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidate

  • Market Mapping

  • Stakeholder Management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Timely and cost effective fulfilment of open requisitions with high quality talent

  • Oversee the development and ongoing engagement of active and candidate talent pipeline, both internally and externally, to support immediate and long-term needs

  • Cultivate strong consultative relationships with hiring Managers and other HR stakeholders

  • Develop different sourcing channels to fulfil direct sourcing

  • Play as an ambassador of the company, establish yourself as the subject matter expert on talent

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Discipline or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a technical environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry

  • 6+ months recruiting agency experience is a plus

  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to cold call passive candidates

  • Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and keen attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin; fluency in German is a plus

  • Able to travel to internationally within APAC as required

  • Working knowledge of international HR laws and regulations, labor law and compliance.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
