IBM Software Support Specialist in SAO PAULO, Brazil

Your Role and Responsibilities

This role is performed by technical professionals who specialize in providing services to clients in support of specific Storage software solutions.

As a Software Support Specialist , you will resolve issues impacting IBM Client business and play a key role in enhancing the client experience. You will have direct contact with IBM Clients, and will be responsible to understand their technical issues and its business impact. Understanding these issues, you will lead the problem resolution process through analysis, trouble-shooting, recommending the best course of action, to ensure a technical solution to the Clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Language: Portuguese / English

Area of Skill: Backup solution - Experience in remote Support , problem determination , configuration and installation.

Advanced Technical skill in Spectrum Protect, with a good knowledge in System Operation , Virtual Environment, and Network.

Soft Skill: Solid experience to interact with clients, which also includes: Excellent verbal and written communication, effective listening, team work.

Graduated in TI

Certifications in TSM

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Spanish

Experience in Spectrum Protect PLUS , and advanced knowlede in Virtual Environment

Certification in Vmware
