Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsible to ensure incentives process is properly and timely executed from an End to End perspective: since the incentives plan letter and territory deployment, incentives payments, debits and for ended plans. Augment organizational capability further - improving employee engagement, talent diversity & inclusion, and creating an environment & culture of growth mindset, innovation & feedback. Execute the incentives process end to end for the Americas supporting Quota/territory/IPL deployment, accurate payments and problem resolution including HR mismatch and inquiries. Execute Incentives End to End process with a growth minded approach, positive attitude supporting the team to focus on the 4 pillars: Incentives Plan Letters, Debits, Ended plans and Inquiries. Be a catalyst for collaboration in challenging environments, looking for ways to innovate bringing productivity and excellence to the daily routine. Drive the transformation Journey across GSI by supporting the execution and implementation of GSI quota tools and other tools such as Territories and others.
