Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud Architect to lead and support cloud computing initiatives within the US Federal Government Systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale cloud solutions, with expertise in at least one of the major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. This role requires in-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies, security protocols, and a strong understanding of federal government requirements. The candidate should also be familiar with IBM CloudPak and RedHat Openshift, as experience in these areas will be considered a significant advantage.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
In-depth cloud architecture experience
Primary expertise in Azure
Application modernization experience
Must be able and willing to obtain a clearance
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong multi-cloud security experience, including expertise in Zero Trust is a plus
Professional Certification in Azure
Experience with AWS and GCP
Familiarity with a Secure Landing Zone
Knowledge of industry standards such as FedRAMP, Terraform, K8s, Red Hat, and FinOps

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
