IBM Recruitment Screening Specialist - (RPO) Remote in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Recruitment Screening Specialist/Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) role is accountable for lead generation, creating and managing saved searches and taking actions that drives applicant flow across high-volume roles, for both current openings and pipelining for future positions.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understands and utilizes EVP in 'selling' the opportunity to candidates; acts as a brand ambassador in all electronic communications

  • Verifies jobs are posted

  • Pulls key words from discovery document and/or job posting to create search strings

  • Creates or utilizes provided bit.ly links with Google Analytics URL Builder to track sources of applicant traffic

  • Drives traffic electronically to postings and sourcing for assigned requisitions, using database mining, job portals, social networks, referrals, and internet sourcing electronically.

  • Maintains exceptional partnerships with Talent Advisors and Talent Sources by documenting activities as prescribed in the process, providing email updates, and attending meetings as applicable

  • Documents all sourcing activities in the customer's CRM

  • Completes additional duties and assigned projects as needed

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 2 years' experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties and/or dealing with customers in a high demanding customer service environment

  • Knowledge of Boolean search logic

  • Technically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet-based systems

  • Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Excellent grammar and written communication skills

  • Ability to balance high volume workload with 100% accuracy

  • Proven solid attendance record with all past employment

  • Experience working with a team

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in a talent acquisition sourcing role or equivalent highly preferred

  • Experience in Taleo or other recruitment system/process is highly preferred
