Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives to drive improved automation infused with AI. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing, and re-engineering highly complex processes to improve efficiency and provide insights into operations. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

The Business Transformation Consultant - Automation is the customer's advisor and change agent to transform their business processes with Intelligent Automation leveraging IBM's Automation and AI offerings. You will review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, business requirements, and user needs. You'll independently formulate and implement more efficient systems and solutions that parallel overall business strategies, eliminating bottlenecks or disruptions. You'll also be responsible for preparing business process documentation, process flow analysis, technology-enabled process improvements/redesign, requirements definition, data modeling, and detailed functional design. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience working with Big Data, Data Mining, and/or Process Mining, and a desire to continually improve your knowledge

  • Dedicated and visionary in approach to actively drive automation strategies and process mining

  • At least 3 years Uipath, Automation Anywhere, myInvenio or similar process mining or RPA experience

  • At least 3 years business consulting, management consulting, process improvement consulting

  • Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation for different domains or industries

  • Working knowledge & application of Agile and iterative development methodologies

  • Experience working with external clients

  • Understanding of current technologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Understanding of Cloud computing

  • Ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs

  • Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to facilitate complex discussions

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

  • Certified Cloud Consultant

  • At least 3 years' experience with a professional services firm (Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG)
