Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate Partner (AP) in IBM Global Business Services (GBS), you will be responsible for client relationship management, sales and overall successful delivery of transformational digital solutions to IBM's core insurance clients. The AP will develop relationships within the client organization and build effective cross-functional teams across diverse stakeholder groups including client business and technical organizations, IBM's domestic and global delivery organizations, IBM business units and third-party software vendors.
The AP will leverage their experience to work with Business, Technology and Operations Executives to identify and define multi- year transformational digital programs to drive business results and generate technical and operational efficiencies. This includes working with CMOs, CIOs, COOs, CDOs, and business unit VPs.
The successful candidate should have knowledge, experiences and demonstrable track record in the following areas:
Strategy, design and delivery of digital transformation programs
Successful track record using Lean/Agile approaches to build digital solutions in a multi-disciplinary, corporate setting
User experience design and digital innovation consulting
Customer experience management platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Vlocity, IBM Customer Experience / Watson Customer Engagement, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM)
Insurance-specific business process/operations knowledge with strong emphasis on customer/client interactions, marketing, sales/distribution and service – integration with legal, risk, regulatory and compliance is a plus
Middle-office and back-office operations, including hands-on experience with business, functional and technical frameworks (e.g., Component Business Modeling)
In addition, the successful candidate will have experience delivering complex solutions, and proven success, navigating the complex environment associated with working within the largest financial institutions in the world. They will have excellent client relationship skills, demonstrated effective team building, performed successful negotiations, developed winning proposals and have a track record of consistently exceeding aggressive goals.

**5 years of experience in a management consulting setting or equivalent experience
**5 years of experience in managing large-scale digital transformation programs
**3 years of experience in managing senior client relationships
**3 years of experience in pursuing, negotiating and selling consulting services with proven metrics
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
**12 years of experience in Insurance client-facing/industry setting
**8 years of experience in a management consulting setting or equivalent experience
**8 years of experience in managing large-scale digital transformation programs
**5 years of experience in managing senior client relationships
**5 years of experience in pursuing, negotiating and selling consulting services with proven metrics
