Your Role and Responsibilities
This specialty is a subject matter expert qualified to perform multiple specialties related to the delivery of security and risk management services to a client. Responsibilities may include leading the development and implementation of policies and practices, security programs, multi-functional teams, and/or project plan delivery. This role will provide subject matter expertise in logical identity, that includes systems, sub-systems, applications and infrastructure devices. This services include management of controls that ensure only individuals with a valid business need are given access to data and can perform actions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform the provisioning, maintaining and de-provisioning of identifies and accesses ensuring authorization based on business need for Customer user ID's for devices within the scope
Manage user access consistently across IT with the use of proper access management systems as provided by the customer.
Communicate listing of Customer User ID with associated artifacts to the customer for verification and revalidation.
Provide and retain IT audit records for Customer ID approvals, verification and revalidation.
Provide reporting and access removal of inactive/unused customer user IDs.
Provide mechanisms to ensure appropriate communication and timely response to auditor's request. Coordinate questions and answers for any items that require additional clarification.
Provide support for the resolution of issues identified during IT audit process by coordinating with the Customer Focal Person.
Perform work activity in compliance with IT development and operations standards.

Server Management for different Operating System (Windows, Linus, AIX)
Virtualization (VMware, RHV)
Access Management, Change Management, Service Management
Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift/midshift) in IBM client site
You should at least have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
