IBM SAP Cash & Treasury Lead in New York, New York

What You'll Do

This role is for an SAP Cash & Treasury Lead, which delivers SAP implementation services across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within North America. This individual will be responsible for leading project teams as well as serving as an individual contributor, proposal development, ensuring the quality of team delivery, thought leadership, keeping the team members utilized, and ultimately growing revenue on projects.

The practitioner will be highly knowledgeable with required SAP FI, Cash, Treasury and SAP Central Finance product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, and configuration requirements and integration with other modules. This individual will lead practitioners to develop and maintain the configuration and functional design documents and support role-based profile changes. You will be advising client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by SAP Cash & Treasury, SAP S/4 HANA Finance and/or SAP Central Finance within as strategic assets of their broader Finance Transformation.

Sales Support and Delivery

As trusted business advisor and lead, this individual will support sales - where needed - at key accounts by assisting with the scoping, solutioning, program planning and driving RFPs around SAP and Finance Transformation for TruQua. This will be required to support sales and go-to-market activities for SAP, which will include writing and shaping proposals and presenting at Orals.

The SAP Cash & Treasury Lead will bring professional leadership experience in businesses where service, quality and customer responsiveness are tantamount to success. The candidate will draw from past hands-on experience to grow our practice and capabilities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Hands-on experience required in SAP Treasury consulting/project implementation.

  • Hands-on experience working with Banking/Treasury, Results analysis, US GAAP, IFRS, Cash Management, Cash Position, Forecasting, Bank Accounts Management, Treasury & Risk Management.

  • Deep understanding of SAP Central Finance and/or S/4HANA Finance

  • Hands-on experience with key integration points with SAP FICO and other SAP modules, including COPA, ML, New GL, SD, MM, PP, PM, PS and T&E; SAP FICO, Reporting, Allocations, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center also important.

  • Solid experience selling finance transformation programs, including strategic alignment with executives, solution development, and closing business.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Demonstrated customer-facing, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Track record of successful client wins involving SAP Cash & Treasury solutions and/or significant deployment success

  • Ability to articulate the technical benefits of SAP Cash & Treasury solutions and services to all levels in customer's organization

  • Knowledge of SAP complementary tools, namely BlackLine, Magnitude, OpenText, Workiva, Celonis, OneStream, Anaplan, Twenty-Five, Profinda, Replicon, Fieldglass, a plus

  • Knowledge of upcoming changes in SAP S/4HANA Finance, as well as an eagerness to learn, prototype, and grow expertise in the latest relevant financial technologies.

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
