We are seeking a Sales and Revenue Operations Leader, reporting to Head of Revenue for Watson Advertising. This role will work directly to support the Head of Revenue, Watson Advertising, to provide efficiency across forecasting, sales performance & analysis, sales systems support & enablement, sales program support, and overall sales management.
Assist with ongoing analytical, administrative and operational tasks to support the broader sales organizations
Work closely with Leaders, Sales Operations and Head of Sales Operations to further develop metrics, KPIs, analytics, and dashboards to provide performance measurement and drive business performance through deep business insight
Manage records, sales reports, sales dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices
Support and contribute to various projects and reporting requests
Manage and ensure sales reps are adhering to mandatory sales processes
Provide first line support of our sales platforms
Help Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing
Support development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans
Understand, create, and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ years’ experience in sales/business operations/analytics/finance
Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce.com and Expert ability to use common BI tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Passion for data integrity, always finding ways to improve data quality and insights
Highly analytical and able to extract business insights from analysis
Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape
Humble attitude with a willingness to shift from high-level strategic thinking to stepping in and helping to drive implementation alongside functional teams
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and detailed analysis
Finance experience with sales/revenue organizations required, including sales goal-setting, reporting on sales performance, analysis of compensation plans
Experience with market research
