The Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Lead is a solution and sales support position that will work with account teams and clients to conduct solution definition assessments, craft proposals responses and pricing. In addition the role will support pre-sale workshops to position the Oracle Cloud HCM solution and help clients prepare for moving to the Oracle Cloud. This individual will also serve as cloud HCM subject matter advisor and at certain times will also perform as part time project quality assurance lead during the duration of a the project lifecycle, post sale.
Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM (Base HR, Benefits, Talent Management and/or Payroll or Recruiting) as a project manager or lead and functional knowledge of the Cloud HCM solution suite is required. You must be familiar with the Oracle Implementation and Customer Success program and know how to team successfully with Oracle during the delivery process. Human capital business process knowledge is required. For example, experience implementing best practices related to base HR and organizational design, hire to retire, recruiting, etc. Require functional and hands on working knowledge of key applications in Cloud HCM product suite.
Collaborate with extraordinary, insightful professionals in an environment that cultivates creativity and individuality. Meet with clients, gather business requirements from the line of business and solution how the Oracle Cloud HCM will satisfy the business requirements. Work with sales and account teams and proposal solutioners to help win Oracle HCM projects. Business case development experience is desired but not required. For project implementations you will be part of ramp up and design as a solution subject matter leader and serve in a full time capacity on engagements as an implementation of functional lead.
This role will have exposure and familiarity to multi-dimensional industries during the sales cycle. Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams embracing time zone and cultural aspects is a key to the success of this position. Ability of effectively work with global nearshore/offshore application configuration, development and technical teams.
The Oracle Cloud HCM Lead main responsibilities include:
• Act as Oracle Cloud subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on supply chain business processes and implementation approaches
• Solution Oracle Cloud HCM and participate in sales activities
• Facilitate and/or conduct requirements workshops as part of sales activities
• Develop solution scope and make implementation recommendations
• Participate and help with Oral presentations
• Kick off project initiation and design
• Serve as a project Lead for project delivery

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 12-24 months experience in the completion of two full life-cycle implementations with Oracle HCM Cloud as a Functional Lead
At least 1 year experience in demonstrated understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud concepts and general module functionality for financial accounting and procurement
At least 5 years HR/HCM consultancy experience working with PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP or other Oracle HCM systems
At least 5 years experience in the ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different HCM business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
At least 7 years consultancy experience working with financial systems
At least 24-36 months of experience in the completion of two full life-cycle implementations with Oracle Cloud HCM suite as a SME
At least 2 years experience in demonstrated understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM concepts and general module functionality
At least 7 years experience in the ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
At least 1 year experience with Peoplesoft HCM or EBS HR/Payroll
