Your Role and Responsibilities

The Marketing Services Center Studio provides a robust portfolio of services that spans Content, Video, Globalization, Design, Social, Agile, Web Production & Application Development. Client Partners are assigned to specific Business Units, Markets or Above Market Teams and own the relationship between those entities and the Studio -- managing client expectations and driving overall satisfaction.

Client Partners work on a day-to-day basis with Studio clients to understand client strategies/objectives/outcomes/plans/needs and recommend the optimal Studio support and strategy. They speak the marketer's language and play a proactive role to help their sponsors achieve their business outcomes through the resources of the Studio.

They identify and validate opportunities with sponsors for retained, dedicated and project level engagements. This may include the annual interlock of dedicated, shared and aligned resources with the respective Client Teams. They maintain a holistic view of BU / Geo / Above Market engagement with the MSC.

Client Partners serve as the escalation and mediation point for any delivery or resource issue. They will ensure deliverables meet strategic direction (on brief) and provide quality assurance of assets created in support of campaigns. Client Partners should apply seasoned marketing expertise to drive better campaign deliverables and ultimately improved results.

Client Partners nurture ongoing relationship with key stakeholders. They are strong representatives of the Studio: data driven, client centric and outcomes focused.

KPIs: NPS, Ease of doing business scores, share of wallet for capabilities where Studio is relevant and competitive (diagnostic measure, esp for Market CPs)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years in a client partnership role, acting as a trusted advisor managing expectations, and driving overall satisfaction.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 7+ years in a client partnership role, acting as a trusted advisor managing expectations, and driving overall satisfaction.

  • Familiarity with IBM tools and solutions
