The IBM CIO organization is looking for an experienced agile Iteration Manager ("Scrum Master") to facilitate a DevSecOps team named RRE. RRE plays an important role in delivering technology to the IBMers. Our pipelines, platforms & applications are built by self-directed, end-to-end development teams and we are looking for Iteration Manager with experience in leading and motivating teams to reach their full potential.
Your Role and Responsibilities

Train, coach, and motivate team for agile mindset & practices
Iterate on the DevOps & Software Development processes to effectively deliver values, improve productivities & increase team's happiness
Facilitating team in prioritizing & delivering their commitments by proactively removing impediments
Closely work with team leaders to increase team's productivity, effectiveness & happiness
Contribute their knowledge to the wider community of agile practitioners in IBM
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship
Must be able to work in IBM NYC location on post-covid reopen
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ years of Agile project management experience leading a cross functional software development team
Demonstrated collaboration skills, including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors, as well as between development teams and senior leadership.
Proven talent for uniting and motivating teams towards a common goal.
Previous experience of working in DevOps/SRE teams.
Certified Scum Master or other Agile project management Certifications (CSM, SAFe or PMI-ACP) or equivalent experience.
Experience in more than one agile methodologies!
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Advanced agile certification such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or equivalent.
Understanding & experience in both Scrum & Kanban.
An understanding of web and mobile application technologies.
Experience in delivering customers facing products/solutions.
