Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is located in the IBM office in New York City. There is no remote work option post covid. We are co-located in NYC, but maintain a responsible consideration of health and safety practices - which includes ongoing support for an in-office/remote office balance during these unusual times.

We are looking for a high-caliber leader to join IBM's Chief Information Office team. We are the Analytic Solutions area of Sales & Marketing Systems. Our Mission is to provide business insights to our partners in sales and marketing to win in the marketplace through analytics solutions delivered using the latest technology and based on real time, consolidated and cloud-based data. The job opening is for a leader to be the People and Functional Manager driving the development of IBM's internal analytics solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience working in Agile software development
5+ years of development team management experience

A focus on continuous improvement, learning and measurable outcomes
Ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups ranging from technology practitioners to senior executives

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely-related field, or equivalent practical experience
A track record of individual and team based awards
A strong personal network within industry or academia
