Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM's Talent and Transformation practice is at the forefront of helping clients to transform their workforce. Supporting HR transformation, organisational change, talent attraction and development projects. We're looking for passionate consultant to join us in our mission and be part of our rapidly growing practice specifically around HR transformation with broader change management skills. Specific experience in HR process design, HR organisation models and HR technology is beneficial

The Learning Lead will have three primary responsibilities. Helping to building and implement a learning and development strategy for Mexico City employees (unique learning by role family and experience level). Supporting onboarding (and delivering part of it). Designing, creating and supporting unique chapter learning journeys and rotational programs to ensure continuous learning. The position will be based in Mexico City, Santa Fe(Hybrid model).

This specialized, innovative, and state-of-the-art center of technological resources will drive data and digital capabilities and solutions. The Center will be home to data, digital and technology change agents, organized into chapters and cross-functional squads based on agile ways of working.

How you will contribute:

To deliver these responsibilities, the Learning Lead will drive the creation of learning content that supports the strategy of the Innovation Capability Center (ICC) by:

Designing and building compelling, high-impact, and interactive learning modules and experiences using proven adult learning methodologies.

Supporting learning platforms (such as EdCast, PluralSight) and facilitating a smooth technical implementation and ongoing evolution of the platform to ensure relevant content for all users.

Supporting facilitation of training and scheduling of courses across the Mexico City center.

Sourcing external content focusing on impact, time commitment, delivery method and cost.

Building and maintaining curriculums that leverage instruction, self-study, games, simulations, and role-play to create a community of practitioners across the enterprise.

Developing measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction and learning content.

Helping to design and operationalize the learning strategy for ICC in alignment with the larger global DD&T strategy.

Supporting rotational assignments for Mexico City ICC employees to facilitate career development and continuous learning.

Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, functional peers, embedded DD&T experts, communities of practice, external vendors, and partners.

Bringing new ideas and diverse perspectives to develop actual content and the associated materials to deliver the programs.

Maintaining a project plan (on a bi-weekly basis) for the main activities assigned and the client manager to provide feedback if a course correction is needed.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or other relevant work experience is preferred.

5+ years of work experience in learning content that supports the business strategy

Experience with EdCast, PluralSight is highly recommended.

Hands-on experience with Sourcing, identifying, and maintaining external vendors focused on knowledge of the business impact, costs, and time commitment.

Previous experience with development of soft & hard skills measurement tools

Strong training/mentor/leadership skills.

Outstanding communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.

Ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience in Pharmaceutical industry / IT Industry
