Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

As a key contributor, you will develop our Growth and Pricing & Packaging strategy to align with our overall business and product strategy. Leading the cross-functional growth team, you'll drive product growth, focusing on eCommerce and product-led growth (PLG). You'll analyze diverse data sets to generate insights, present strategy recommendations to leadership, and create financial models. Executing the Pricing & Packaging strategy, you'll develop roadmaps, collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams, and create supportive collateral. Monitoring performance, aligning with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, you'll refine strategies to enhance customer value and drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic: Key contributor to the development of our Growth and Pricing & Packaging strategy, ensuring it aligns with our overall business and product strategy.

  • Growth Strategy: You will drive the product's Growth Strategy and lead the cross-functional growth team, which includes sales, product marketing, Demand strategy, Design, Decision Scientists, and Development.

  • Pricing & Packaging Strategy: You will lead the further development of our comprehensive Pricing & Packaging strategy with a particular emphasis on eCommerce and product-led growth (PLG) initiatives.

  • Cross-functional Data Analysis: You will analyze sales, customer behavior, product usage, and financial data to derive actionable insights and contribute to a common data foundation.

  • Executive Buy-in: You will present your strategy recommendations to leadership, including the executive team, to secure alignment and approval.

  • Financial Modeling: You will create and manage basic financial models to backup our growth plans as well as pricing and packaging decisions.

  • Execution: Responsible for the complete end-to-end execution and delivery of our Growth as well as Pricing & Packaging strategy.

  • Product Roadmap: You will be responsible for developing a strategic growth roadmap and Pricing & Packaging roadmap that directly aligns with the broader strategy.

  • Product Management & Execution: You will be expected to work directly with fellow Product Managers, Engineering & Design teams to define all requirements to execute and deliver on these roadmaps.

  • Collateral Development: You will be responsible for creating Pricing & Packaging collateral and tools such as presentations, FAQs, etc., to empower the Sales and Customer Success teams.

  • Performance Monitoring: You will be expected to continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of pricing strategies and packaging changes using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, margin improvement, and market share to evaluate growth, uncover friction, and refine our strategy over time.

  • Sales & Customer Success Alignment: You will partner closely with Sales, Tech Sales & Customer Success (CX) to understand our sales motion and customer feedback in our effort to build customer value, reduce unnecessary sales friction, and capture a reasonable share of that value. You will be expected to provide guidance to Sales & CX on pricing negotiations and strategies tailored to various customer segments.

  • Marketing Alignment: You work collaboratively with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across pricing, packaging, and promotional efforts.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in the following:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing Growth and Pricing & Packaging strategies, particularly within the SaaS industry.

  • Financial Acumen for Commercial Success: Showcase strong financial acumen, with an ability to develop a compelling product business case. Drive commercial success through a profound understanding of impacts to P&L and SaaS metrics such as LTV, CAC, and NRR.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple stakeholder relationships, communicate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams. Rely on influence rather than authority to establish a shared product vision, demonstrated ability to present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure buy-in for major initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills: A background in data analysis, financial modelling, and deriving actionable insights from diverse data sources.

  • Product Management: Hands-on experience as a Product Manager including developing roadmaps, defining requirements, and delivering complex initiatives in collaboration with engineering and design teams.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proven experience developing and managing product-led growth strategies, including freemium and free trial offerings, to drive user acquisition and engagement. This includes a strong track record of optimizing conversion rates and leveraging user feedback to enhance product features and customer satisfaction.

  • Industry knowledge or experience working with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) or broader Observability Solutions is a plus.
