Your Role and Responsibilities

1) The Technology Support Services Logo BDE is responsible for the sale and renewal of Technology Support Services premium maintenance services attached to IBM Z, P, and Storage products. These services include:

  • Enterprise Accelerated Value Program

  • Proactive Support

  • Media Retention

  • Warranty Service Upgrade

  • Support Line

2) Build strong co-selling relationships with the IBM Technology Division sales leaders in System Z, P and Storage leaders in each industry and geography across Canada

3) Build strong co-selling relationships with the top System Z, P and Storage business partners

4) Work with the Technology Support Services Americas Logo Offering team to develop new offerings, strategies and incentives to drive sales

5) Leverage ISC and historical sales data to identify and report upon sales, top winback opportunities, attach rates by brand / partner / territory.

6) Enable Technology Support Services sellers across Canada with simple value propositions to sell Premium service.
