Introduction

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Participate in agile software development practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our team's processes and help us become more efficient.

Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to keep our client ahead of the curve.

Meet project deadlines and achieve company objectives, helping us bring our mission to life

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What we are looking for:

• Coding experience in object-oriented languages such as Java, TypeScript or C#

• Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others

• Self-motivated and able to show initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Availability to work in the office at least 3 days a week, with the possibility of increased days depending on workload.
