In dieser Rolle arbeitest du im IBM Client Innovation Center Germany (CIC), wo wir tiefgehendes technisches Know-how und Industriekenntnisse in einer breiten Palette an Kundenprojekten im Öffentlichen und privaten Sektor zum Einsatz bringen. Unser CIC bietet lokal ansÄssigen Unternehmen technische Expertise, um Innovation voranzutreiben und neue Technologien zu implementieren.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Deine Aufgaben im IBM CIC beinhalten:

• Aufsetzen und Managen von IT-Projekten in der Anwendungsentwicklung und -wartung sowie in der Systemintegration, -einfhrung und -migration nach aktuellen Projektmanagementmethoden und -standards

• Formale Steuerung von Projekten nach erprobten Regelwerken

• Aktive Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden, innerhalb der IBM und im Projektteam

• Zielgerichtete Leitung und Untersttzung des Projektteams

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• MehrjÄhrige Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabenbereich, idealerweise in Kundenprojekten im Banking-Umfeld

• Sehr gute IT-Projektmanagementkenntnisse im Umfeld von Anwendungsentwicklung und -wartung sowie in der Systemintegration, -einfhrung und -migration

• Erfahrungen in traditionellen und agilen Vorgehensweisen der Softwareentwicklung und in der Anwendung gÄngiger Projektmanagement-Tools

• Hohe AnalysefÄhigkeit und ProblemlÖsungskompetenz sowie TeamfÄhigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie starke KommunikationsfÄhigkeiten

• Bereitschaft alle 2-3 Wochen fr 2-3 Tage deutschlandweit vor Ort beim Kunden zu arbeiten

• Hervorragende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
