IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a ServiceNow Functional Consultant to join a fast-growing team of ServiceNow professionals working with our clients across industries, to advise and build solutions to critical business problems.
The ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant will:
Play a key role in the sales cycle by delivering demos, preparing presentations to clients, designing solution, and acting as a subject matter expert for teams across industries.
Support the delivery of ServiceNow HR implementation projects, co-ordinating with on and offshore teams and providing technical expertise as required
Support the development and extension of offerings around the ServiceNow platform, specifically involving the HR Case Management and Onboarding applications
Advise on building next-generation employee experiences using the ServiceNow platform
Consult on, design, and lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and existing HR systems of record, including commonly used Human Capital Management systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors
Lead and participate in development teams following common methodologies including Agile
Design, build and support the delivery of the ServiceNow HRSD
Demo ServiceNow HRSD offerings and articulate the client value proposition
Manage a workstream including on and offshore resources
Build strong relationships and trust with our customers
Work in partnership with IBM's Talent and Transformation services
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Understand the HR function from both an employee and business perspective
Attained highest level ServiceNow certifications HRSD product certifications
ServiceNow HRSD implementation hands-on experience
Have exceptional communication and presentation skills covering both technical and business concepts
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions
Ability to work collaboratively with IBM Practice Leaders and Go-To-Market Leaders and 3rd party Channel Business Partners including ServiceNow Professional Services
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Good understanding of marketing leading Automation, AI, ML and Virtual Agent products
Attained highest level ServiceNow certifications in ITSM and/or CSM
ServiceNow implementation hands-on experience in at least two product lines
