As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a ServiceNow Field CTO to join a fast-growing team of ServiceNow professional working with our clients across industries, to advise and build solutions to critical business problems.
The ServiceNow Field CTO will:
Partner with Practice leaders across EMEA to drive Service Now pipeline and provide PreSales Support including but not limited to Proposals, Presentations, PoCs, RFP response.
Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
Leverage IBM ServiceNow offerings to build structured sales campaigns across their market, working closely with ServiceNow account executives within their market
Work with IBM clients to determine how the offerings supports their needs with creations of business cases, articulating the business outcomes and benefits to the client
Work with IBM solution, architecture and commercial teams to define and build applicable proposals through the sales lifecycle with handover to delivery.
Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence
Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with ServiceNow sales with evidence of building and delivering sales growth
Experience in developing technical solutions for clients and collaborating across business units
Demonstrated communication skills
Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
Client interfacing / presenting
Several years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
Program and project management including the project financial results, and Business development. Some travel is required to visit Partners, client meetings and Industry conferences.
Experience in Cloud and Open Source community development processes and tools
Demonstrated teamwork including assigning and tracking work to more junior employees
Aptitude to learn and apply knowledge quickly
