Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate Partner in the Data & Technology Transformation Go To Market team, this role supports the campaigns to drive opportunity for Data, Analytics and AI with sector and account teams. Reporting to the UK Data & Technology Transformation Service Line Leader to ensure business targets are met and accountable to the acquisition implementation executive for Bluetab acqusition to ensure capabilities are understood and aligned to offerings in UKI.
Leads sales and complete GTM implementation efforts to meet /exceed sales milestones required to deliver on acquisition business case in the Market as part of the Data & Technology Transformation Go to Market for UKI.
Responsible for leading strategic positioning, joint offering development and joint account development in the Market, and for supporting marketing and delivery activities.
Coordination across teams to ensure clarity of strategy and optimal execution of the complete sales implementation plan for leverage into the UKI market:
IBM Consulting Account Leaders in the Market
DT&T Offering and Practice Teams in the Market
IBM Acquisition Implementation team (specifically with the GTM Squad, but also with the rest)
Bluetab Sales and Offerings Executives & GTM Leaders
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
IBM & Services Sales Management Experience
In-depth knowledge of IBM Consulting organizations, mission and sales model
Ability to create strategy, plan then execute.
Strong Communication Skills
Experienced in orchestrating and managing virtual teams
Ability to building trusting relationships to ensure best outcomes.
Ability to dynamically shape the role to adapt it to the Market reality.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Understanding the concept of harvesting best practice for reuse, offerings definition
Ability to plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments, both internally and with Clients.
Broad network in the Market IBM Consulting team, and also in other IBM brands (Technology)
Knowledge of the Services business and role of an integrator like IBM Consulting to engage, their drivers and the language of delivery.
Working knowledge and understanding of the broad IBM Data Portfolio, both in IBM Consulting (BTS) and ideally also in IBM Technology (CP4Data), and how development and offering management operate to deliver new services and products.
Understanding of IBM Consulting Services Sales Operations
Experience working via alliances with hyperscalers and software vendors.
