At IBM we are helping people and organizations adopt AI responsibly. watsonx.governance is an enterprise-grade environment for AI applications that provides visibility into how AI is built, is used, and delivers return on investment. We enable organizations to validate and monitor AI models deployed anywhere, to help comply with regulations and mitigate business risk. Some of the core capabilities we provide include the ability to detect and mitigate bias, monitor the accuracy and quality of models and explain model predictions.
Who You Are:
What You'll Do:
You will work in an innovation driven, collaborative development environment that implements trusted AI solutions.
You will work with customers to help them succeed in their AI journey by adopting Watson Studio Trusted AI solutions.
You will work in a agile development environment
You will understand customer use cases and technical design and validate software keeping the end user in mind
You will automate functional, integration and performance test cases using the latest technologies and tools"
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
2 or 3 years of experience in development of software
At-least 1 or 2 years exposure to programming languages like Java, Python, etc.,
At-least 1 or 2 years exposure to software development practices and methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and the zeal to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
Understanding of data structures, algorithms and programming
Ability to collaborate and work independently when required.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Degree in Computer Science, , Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Understanding of different cloud platforms.
Exposure to distributed computing
Exposure to DevOps practices
Exposure to Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Open Shift Container Platform, Kubernetes"

This job requires you to be fully COVID-19 vaccinated prior to your start date and proof of vaccination status will be required before your start date.
