Your Role and Responsibilities
Understand the latest industry trends in the market and support the development of the IBM's point-of-view in transformation topics (e.g. digital strategy, operations transformation, talent transformation, customer experience transformation, etc. )
Understand the client's transformation agenda, analyse their business model, operations, industry and technology, identify pain points and provide recommendations
Support the change management for both client's business and technology teams that realize business and operational benefits
Support project / program management activities such as coordination of internal and senior client stakeholders, tracking and reporting of project status, action items and cost utilization, etc.
Understand the latest industry trends in the market and support the development of the IBM's point-of-view in transformation topics (e.g. digital strategy, operations transformation, talent transformation, customer experience transformation, etc. )
Understand the client's transformation agenda, analyse their business model, operations, industry and technology, identify pain points and provide recommendations

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Second year or penultimate year student
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with ability to apply creativity and judgment in analysing and solving complex problems
Student who studies any STEM-related academic programs
Passionate to develop his / her career in driving large-scale transformation enabled by technologies
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written, oral and presentation) skills, demonstrating maturity to work with C-level and executives clients
Possesses an excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese or Mandarin
Basic technical skills such as Microsoft Office (esp. PowerPoint) skills is preferred

Knowledge of project management
