The GRC Consultant will be a member of the IBM SAP Security/GRC team reporting to the SAP Security/GRC Delivery Manager and works as a GRC Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and advises various governance, risk programs and coach, train the team members.
The Consultant plays a critical part in analyzing business processes, requirements gathering, designing solutions, understanding complex relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, communicating with customers, determining issues and solving problems.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
Minimum 10+ year's experience
Must have experience in SAP Security in S/4 HANA end to end implementation
Must have experience in SAP GRC AC 10.X / 12.0 end-to-end implementation
Should be able to independently design SAP GRC implementation and upgrade solutions for system operations.
Overseeing full cycle project risk management tasks relating to project delivery
Good knowledge of SAP areas like NetWeaver Security administration, BW, BPC, Fiori and CRM authorization.
Able to lead a team, train the team and possess sufficient knowledge of SAP GRC and SAP Security Administration.
Should be able to guide the team on complex Security / technical issues.
Ability to hold discussions with customer presenting incident reports and highlighting GRC implementation Concerns.
Knowledge of ASAP methodology in implementations.
Understanding clients' business, industry and/or technologies and leveraging thorough project management skills to deliver the successful projects. This includes supporting the delivery of SAP project implementations across a broad range of SAP technologies (including GRC,S4HANA, Fiori/Gateway)
SAP Security Audit experience in analysing issues and conducting remediation activities.
SAP HANA Security ideally experience in implementing HANA Security.
Knowledge of security framework for SAP Portal and SAP Fiori will be a plus.
Basic knowledge of GDPR and SOX.
Excellent Client management skills.
Excellent inter-personal skills.
GRC Certification is a plus
