Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting experience, strategy, and execution. They are the main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers across the full recruiting lifecycle, leveraging innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing.
TAPs partner with the business to establish and maintain relationships as trusted advisors, providing domain subject matter expertise. They also consult with the business to deliver outcomes by leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to attract diverse, qualified, top talent.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in using online sourcing techniques. Proven success in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and 'hard to fill' roles.
Leverages market expertise in distinct and strategic skills to identify, develop and acquire best in class talent. Engages and grows passive talent for current and future business demands.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that focus on the candidate experience while managing business expectations.
Utilizes data analysis techniques and technology to predict and influence.
Strong consulting, problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Creates new strategies and practices, and proactively looks for innovative ideas and ways to improve.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Hands on experience recruiting full-cycle process for IT profiles
Hands on experience in booleans and other innovative sourcing methods.
