IBM Ecosystems and Strategic Partnerships is looking for an IBM Technology Strategic Partnership manager. IBM Consulting's partnership with IBM Technology is one of our most strategic and business critical in terms of global reach and impact. In addition to taking ownership of various programs across the IBM business in EMEA, you will govern and manage the collaboration IBM Technology together. This position reports directly to the Senior Partner for IBM Technology and Hybrid Cloud Partnerships in EMEA and will be instrumental in propelling our IBM Consulting and Technology business.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Drive enablement across IBM on key initiatives being driven across IBM Consulting & Technology.
Create an internal executive communications plan that delivers predictable information flow and organizational alignment.
working closely with IBM Technology business leaders, Sales Leaders, IBM Client Execs and Industry Leaders.
Define GTM Models and Collaboration approach to accelerate business growth.
Work closely with IBM Technology leaders to jointly position and help co-sell solutions, products and services.
Maintain Rhythm of business and drive alliance management/governance with regular updates including top-to-top, QBR, regional meetings.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with IBM Technology sales leaders/GMs.
Coordinate the go-to-market activities with our Sales/Channels campaign team to ensure optimal enablement.
Help Build executive relationships with top IBM partner organization, sales and account executives in EMEA region.
Partner with the alliance management team and sales enablement to educate the IBM Consulting P/Aps and IBM Technology teams on joint offerings and value proposition.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years demonstrated track record of successful partner / channel management in software, hardware, solutions and services.
Experience with IBM C&C SW, Server & Storage, IBM Cloud and Red Hatenvironments is preferred.
Relationship driven with a strong executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with partner executives, industry leaders, and alliance teams, combined with an extensive network and a solid reputation for developing and driving successful partner relationships.
Ability to develop and implement partner business plans that drive partner revenue goals globally.
Strong alliance partner management experience, partner development, business experience and partner empathy.
Prior experience Sales and/or Business Development, specifically experience in managing partnerships with leading GSIs / ISV

Strong CxO relationships and ability to build and maintain these
