Your Role and Responsibilities
You represent trust - in building relationships with our clients and new prospects, confidentiality, integrity and trust are absolute key.
The territory will be within the distribution sector with large clients facing challenges around security. Ownership of Territory planning, ongoing pipeline building activities and roadmap reporting will take about 10% of time.
In order to build an eminence, you will shape also an ecosystem with selected key business partners that deliver new and sustainable business. In addition we will embrace your public presence and you will build your digital presence.
In order to support your clients decisions you will facilitate value assessment workshops addressing discovery, capability value alignment, use-case, benefits, ROI with senior client LoB/IT stakeholders.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Master's degree in Strategic Sales Management or similar
Security Base education (e.g. Security Bootcamp)
3-4 years proven experience in Security Software & Services Skill
Skill in complex deal situations
Experience in new client acquisition and Digital eminence
basic Skills on competitors like Splunk, Exabeam, LogRhythm und ArcSight
expertise in hybrid cloud strategy and security related issues
Proven experience and market insights in Consumer driven markets
Experience in Building MVPs and prove value of IBM technology
strong Ecosystem Background with security & other brands
Excellent networker with ""door-opener""-mentality to build relationship to new clients and new buyers. Experience and track-record in leveraging social media and platforms for business purposes.
Independent work, high motivation, ability to work in a team and flexibility
Strong presentation skills required
Negotiation skills English language
