IBM Security Services Sales Leader - Communications Sector in Dallas, Texas

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Security Services Sales Leader you will lead security services campaign for the 2020 Communications sector and roll out the good practice to the GEOs. Responsibilities will include bringing security capabilities and offerings to the opportunities, meet with clients for direct conversations around secure communications offerings, and provide input to specific opportunities. You will support deal reviews across the sector, work closely to define and create capabilities that can then be translated into service offerings for Global Business Service clients. The right candidate will have specific security knowledge and experience in the Communications area bringing technical security knowledge as well as successful sales experience in a global commercial environment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10+ years experience in Cyber-security and IT environments.

  • 10+ years business development/sales experience with successful win record.

  • Strong Cyber-security acumen.

  • Security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).

  • 10+ years experience in global government and commercial consulting.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years experience in cloud security applications.

  • 15+ years experience in Cyber-security and IT environments.

  • 15+ years business development/sales experience with successful win record.
