Your Impact:

As an Associate Partner in our Public Market Digital Strategy and iX Team, you’ll be responsible for growing our business with Education, State and Local Government clients. You’ll be a leader in our Public Market practice with a focus on selling and leading deliver of strategy, experience and platforms services.

How You’ll Do It:

You’ll be working directly with IBM’s clients and internal account teams to identify client challenges, propose solutions to the most complex user experience and engagement problems, and ensure that we deliver impact and results. We’ll look to you to build and maintain client relationships with business, marketing and IT leaders – and will rely on you for proposal creation and pitch delivery, staffing and pricing of projects, managing client feedback, and scaling successes to other Public Market clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Passion for solving complex problems in State, Local and Education industries through technology

  • Excitement around building relationships and a book of business to drive services sales.

  • 6-8-years of experience selling and delivering digital strategy, customer experience and platform (Adobe, Salesforce) services.

  • Track record of success in a client-facing role (Sales, Management Consulting or Technology Consulting)

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with remote and geographically distributed teams and clients

  • Experience managing people and high performing teams

  • Understanding of Education, State and Local Government processes / buying behaviors

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience working with State or Local Government

  • Experience in working with Education clients (Higher Ed. Or K-12)

  • Agency or creative consulting experience and background

  • Marketing platforms experience and familiarity with Adobe, Aquia, Salesforce

  • Relevant Graduate Degree (MPH, MBA, MPP)
