Your Role and Responsibilities
PWCS(PartnerWorld Contact Services) is new mission to our Q2C, with this alignment of this PWCS roles with our existing Q2C supporting scope , we will be able to better support our BPs from more wide E2E process perspective.
This job role brings unique opportunity to communicate directly ( both written & oral form ) with our external Clients: IBM Business Partners ( further as IBM BPs ). In many cases, the role will be the initial "face of IBM" for our future Business Partners and therefore with this role you step into crucial position of creating first signature experience for IBM BPs.
The role will guide the IBM BPs through basic prerequisite to be fulfilled in order to become an accredited IBM Partner ( e.g. onboarding, communication of Welcome Kit to IBM BPs ) and support them while going through these steps. For those already existing IBM BPs, this role will be an important advisor: providing tips & hints on which benefits the BP is entitled to and how this can be applied, will be enabling IBM BPs to use the available portfolio to the utmost and thus increase value add they can take from IBM Programs. Also, will help to understand the changes in programs for selected IBM BPs and how does it impact them.Crucial part of the daily job role will be to support the IBM BPs in navigating them through Partner World webpage; how to work with its content, where to look for information needed. This role will be providing a helping hand with Sales Programs related questions. While performing this Job role, will come across complex topics, which will require problem solving approach and ability to use network effectively.
This job role provides unique opportunity to develop wide portfolio of skills, get familiar with IBM Business, strategic Platform for BP channel business ( Partner World ), our Clients and their challenges and also to be significant part of BP channel chain.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least above 3 years work experience in Q2C processes is preferred
Strong in communication with fluent in 1 language at least(JP/KR/EN), bilingual capability is preferred
Good client service mindset with relevant experience in client support function.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experiences in Channel Management and/or BP Contract Management and/or BP Disbursement and/or Q2C Processes will be a big plus
