Introduction
Onboarding Success Partner is the one responsible to provide a memorable experience for the new hire on the first days at IBM along with the main operational activities:
Responsible for the administration of the Onboarding Colombia process.
Responsible for administration medical examinations and the Colombian labor risk insurance company (ARL).
Ensure that new hires enter with their tools in a timely manner
Employee contracts management and paperwork for new hires.
Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Knowledge of Virtual IBM tools like: Mural, Mondays/Trello
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Data Analytics Skills
Office Package Skills - especially excel
Advanced English
