IBM Onboarding Success Partner in Ciudad de México, Mexico

Introduction

Onboarding Success Partner is the one responsible to provide a memorable experience for the new hire on the first days at IBM along with the main operational activities:

  • Responsible for the administration of the Onboarding Colombia process.

  • Responsible for administration medical examinations and the Colombian labor risk insurance company (ARL).

  • Ensure that new hires enter with their tools in a timely manner

  • Employee contracts management and paperwork for new hires.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administration of the Onboarding Colombia process.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Soft Skills is required: Time Management, Communication, Critical Thinking, Teamwork

  • Design Thinking/ Agile Methodology and Practices

  • Knowledge of Virtual IBM tools like: Mural, Mondays/Trello

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Data Analytics Skills

  • Office Package Skills - especially excel

  • Advanced English
