Your Role and Responsibilities

Have you successfully sold Supply Chain Solutions? Do you have knowledge of the Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Electronics, and Automotive industries? Does influencing and challenging CXO's, while selling transformational solutions excite you? We are looking for talented, high-energy individuals who share our passion for success, and want to help Industrial Market clients streamline their operations and improve their bottom line through our industry leading Order Management/Orchestration and Visibility solutions.* You must be comfortable as a visionary who can paint a differentiated vision and transform that vision into achieved business outcomes for clients and market share for IBM.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5 years experience selling Supply Chain solutions (preferably to the following industries:Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Electronics, Automotive)

  • 3 years experience in selling cloud or hybrid cloud solutions

  • 3 years experience in selling complex solutions to large enterprises

  • Proven results and growth in current and past roles

  • Successfully sold to C-Level decision makers for large transformational projects ($500k) in the area of Supply Chain

  • Financial/ Value based Sales -Ability to create quantitative and financial case via ROI and business cases

  • Strategic Thinking-Systematically solves problems and anticipates possible customer pain points

  • Hunter mentality- ready to go out and find new opportunities

  • Self Starter who works well in remote environment and takes pride of ownership in all aspects of their work

  • Collaborative-recognizes the skills needed to win deals and takes the initiative to get the right people involved

  • Sales Hygiene: Regularly update CRM system forecast accurately

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA is a plus

  • Proficient MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint

  • IBM Sterling OMS experience

  • Supply Chain Analytics experience
