Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Asset Management Associate Partner, you will have an excellent knowledge of the leading EAM solutions like SAP EAM, Maximo, Oracle WAM and new innovations in EAM and the Utilities Industry. You will be responsible for the group in sales discussions with clients to clearly demonstrate the business benefits of Maximo, while crafting and supporting the implementation process. You will show the software vendor EAM roadmap differences between releases and new leading edge that are brought in each release and should be familiar with new cloud offerings. Your knowledge of EAM products module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics and configuration requirements and integration with other modules and technologies in a utilities technology stack. Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills are key.
The EAM sales focused plan for Communications Sector – Energy and Utility clients;
Attain sales oriented targets and execute these targets during early stages of sold work;
Lead pursuits at new logo Communications Sector Energy and Utility (E&U) clients and expand penetration at existing accounts;
Support the identification, development and closure of EAM services sales efforts
Provide industry mentorship, strategies, and our standard methodologies;
Maintain industry references, approaches, IBM contacts and competitive analysis, in support of both general industry solutions and specific solutions;
Build and lead internal communities of IBM industry practitioners;
Lead or contribute to the creation of IBM positions and strong POVs on specific EAM industry topics;
Define, develop and use repeatable non-traditional consulting industry solutions; and,
Transfer knowledge to local IBM teams through training and side-by-side engagement work.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong client and team network, extensive current EAM (SAP EAM, Maximo, Oracle EAM) sales and delivery experience;
Deep understanding and experience with SAP EAM / Maximo / Oracle WAM) ’s Utilities Industry Solution for asset lifecycle costing, maintenance and regulatory requirements in unique sectors such as the nuclear and non-nuclear utility areas, hydro electric
Proven track record of sales and delivery for EAM based Energy & Utilities projects for more than 5 years, preferably 10 years exceeding $10M in contract value
Project Management experience on large scale EAM complete implementations
Business development and Professional Services sales experience with SAP EAM, Maximo for Utilities, Oracle WAM
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Education or extensive background in leading asset, maintenance, reliability, sustainability management programs
Understanding of current an emerging influential technology such as cloud, mobile, IOT, and their use in utilities environments
