Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Reporting Lead, you are responsible for managing reporting across the project of O2C, P2P and R2R. You will have to understand the reporting requirements of the project and work on enhancing or simplifying the output. Newer metrics will be added continuously to make the business operate more efficiently

You will have a team of people who report metrics to client, internal teams and management on a daily / weekly / monthly basis

You should be flexible to work in shifts.


  • Own and drive a team of highly efficient reporting team

  • Report - Daily, weekly, periodic metrics - Also SLAs on a daily/weekly/periodic basis along with Monthly Performance details

  • Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department

  • Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy

  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout

  • Accurately analyse and collect data for various types of business reports

  • Create business reports / dashboard that provide insight into key data points

  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers

  • Support various departments, including external teams, in reaching their goals through analysis

  • Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience of reporting for at least 6 years

  • Working knowledge of SAP and Oracle

  • Knowledge of Advance MS Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts and other data analysis programs

  • Sharp data analytical skills and business-oriented programming skills added.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to co-workers

  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions

  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports

  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results

  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process, and information flow

  • Experience in participating and collaborating in team meetings to gather/share information

  • Ability to achieve individual and Business metrics

  • Demonstrated experience in meeting all baseline and project goals for accuracy and timeliness.

  • Hands-on expertise to increase cash application automation, increase touchless cash settlement, and reduce cash application complexity and instability across accounts assigned.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Prior experience in monitoring customer account statuses and results regarding cash application against defined critical metrics, goals and objectives.

  • Proven experience to build and utilize reports to analyze pertinent account information.

  • Experience in collaboration and negotiation with customers, sales field, and finance functions to achieve improvements.

  • Working knowledge to identify and implement action plans and process improvements with mentorship.

  • Proficient in MS office applications and any ERP software as end user

  • Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives.

  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Enhance technical skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications etc.
